West Coast Equity will never distribute or sell for marketing purposes any names, email address or other information collected on this website to any third party. We do not make public any transaction we may conduct with you without your express permission. We do not offer our list to any party without your express written consent.

We may request your contact information to prevent abuse of our site and the resources we offer. We may occasionally email you to ensure our service exceeds your expectations, to follow up on an inquiry you had regarding our services, or inform you of other services we offer that you may have an interest. Any emails to inform you about new services will be very infrequent. 

You may opt out from being contacted at any time through a link on our email or through "Opt Out" option below.

Thank you for taking the time to opt out of our mailing list. We do not want to waste your time or landfill space with offers you cannot use. By including your name and address on our opt out/do not mail list, we will make certain we stop sending mailings to your address.

If you still carry your loan, please keep our mailer in your loan file in case you need cash in the future.

Please enter the information requested and submit using the "opt out" button. If a code was included with our mailer, you only need to enter the code. Otherwise we will need the address exactly as it appears on the envelope.

*If you can't receive a fair price today, please keep our contact information. We may be able to offer you more cash as your note is paid down and you use the tools on this site to document the payments you receive.
